Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1. PLACING AN ORDER

1.1 When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways listed above you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

1.2 When you place an Order online we will send you and email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order this is just a confirmation we have received it. If a Product is not available we will endeavour to let you know via email. We accept the order when it is dispatched, upon which a despatch email confirmation will be sent via our provider or Shop. When the order is dispatched the purchase contract will be made, even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.  Order cancellations will only be accepted for up to 1 hour after your order is placed.

1.3 Portobello Road Princess reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

1.4 All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

1.5 We endeavour to ensure that all prices on Portobello Road Princess are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have supplied us with. We will then give you the option of re-confirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

1.6 Prices are quoted on Portobello Road Princess in UK Pounds Sterling – outside the UK your credit card company will charge you in your local currency at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK Pounds Sterling and Portobello Road Princess cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.

2. PAYMENTS

2.1 You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card, cheque, Postal Order or BACS. We regret that we cannot accept Visa Electron Cards on site.

2.2 If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card.

3. CREDIT CARDS

3.1 Orders may be processed online or via email using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Switch/Solo).

3.2 To ensure that shopping online is secure, we do not store our customers financial details. All credit/debit card are encrypted and processed via Paypal to ensure that these details cannot be intercepted by a third party.

3.3 Your credit card company may also carry out security checks to confirm that your order is genuine.

3.4 All Orders are subject to our own security and credit card verification procedures. Portobello Road Princess reserves the right to withhold any Order that has failed to be verified. Should there be any problem with verification of your card details you will be notified via email.

4. AVAILABILITY

4.1 We endeavour to keep Portobello Road Princess Limited as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a Product you will be refunded for it or offered an alternative.

4.2 All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you via email, where possible, and will either refund you for that item or provide you with further information regarding future availability.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Portobello Road Princess Limited delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK.

5.2 Postage within the UK is charged at £5.50 (Tracked and Signed for package). You can also pay for an additional next day service but emailing us if an item is required quickly.

5.2.1 International orders will carry a shipping surcharge of £11 - £15 (signed for package)

5.3 Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. A signature is required so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel.

 5.4 Delivery times as follows: Despatched within UK 3 -5 working days, Europe Despatched 10 - 15 working days. Orders placed Sat/Sun will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding bank holidays). With current COVID restrictions please allow 7 - 21 days for arrival in normal conditions, this pandemic has caused large backlogs in certain Post codes.

5.4.1 Standard Worldwide delivery will cost £15.00 which will be a tracked and signed for service to your respective country.  Please allow 15 - 21 days for arrival in normal conditions. COVID 19 has created very large backlogs in postal services worldwide so please be patient. A packing slip will be included with all worldwide shipments so please note that you will be responsible for all your own customs & excise duties. 

5.5 We can only track orders sent via Royal Mail Signed for. 

5.6 We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on Portobello Road Princess Limited but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

5.7 Please Order from Portobello Road Princess Limited with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Portobello Road Princess Limited cannot be responsible for this.

5.8 This does not affect your Statutory Rights as the consumer.

8 RETURNS

8.1 You have the right to request a refund and return said goods if the product is 1. not suitable, 2, does not fit. 3. Damaged or received faulty up to 14 working days from the date of the delivery of the goods by contacting Portobello Road Princess Limited direct by email at info@portobelloroadprincess.com. 8.2 We cannot accept goods back that have been used. All goods must received back to Portobello Road Princess Limited in the original packaging and resalable condition, including all labelling and pricing.

8.3 If you have received the wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products.

8.5 If your item/s have been damaged in transit, please inform us immediately

Portobello Road Princess Limited recommends that returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items Please note that Portobello Road. Princess Limited will not be liable for those unsigned items as all items returned require a signature to return back into stock.

8.6 We are not responsible for any returned items that we do not receive and we do not signature at our office.

9. RESPONSIBILITIES

9.1 Portobello Road Princess Limited has endeavoured to make the descriptions (including all images) of the Products as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for changes in Size, Content or Presentation of Products.

9.2 Portobello Road Princess Limited will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
