REFUND POLICY

Full Price Returns:

We hope you love your purchase but If you are not entirely happy returned goods can be refunded - less our postage costs - with 14 days of receipt.

 

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us and we advise that you send the item back using a tracked service such as 1st or second class to be signed for. This will allow us both a piece of mind that the item can be fully tracked, We are not responsible for any returned items we do not recieve.  Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached. 

Late Returns: You have 14 days from when you receive your parcel to return your items back to us. If the goods are returned outside of this timeframe then the goods will not be accepted and returned to the customer.

How to Return/Exchange

1. Download and fill in the returns form that was emailed with your ordere and specify with a tick reason for refund. 

2. Specify the reason(s) by entering the corresponding numbers from the list below.

3. Take your package to a post office using a signed and tracked service.

4. Returns can take to 2-3 working days to be delivered to us. We will then process your return within 14 days of receipt. We will email you to confirm the return. 

RETURN REASON CODES

1. Ordered more than one colour or size

2. Looks different to image on website

3. Doesn’t suit

4. Too Big

5. Too Small

6. Quality not as expected

7. Faulty (please give details)

8. Incorrect Item

Sale Returns:

Our 14 days return period does not apply to sale goods: clearance or sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order for a refund. 

Please read below for our store sale returns. During busy periods we may take slightly longer to process your returns. Returns received on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed on the following working day. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy time.

Gift Voucher
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, an e-gift certificate will be mailed to you.
